About Yonder Mazama Pear Cider
Yonder Cider was founded by Caitlin Braam, a longtime cider industry veteran, and famously got its start as a pop-up taproom out of her garage in Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood in 2020. Braam also runs a fermentation operation in Wenatchee, the self-described Apple Capital of the World, and Yonder is known for blending traditional cider apples with modern culinary flavors. This Mazama is a blend of pear and Yonder’s own house apple blend, light and bright with citrus aromatics.
