About Rooftop Azotea Mexican Style Lager
Rooftop Brew Co is a Seattle craft brewery founded in 2012 by a group of beer-loving friends, known for small-batch, approachable beers made with a little bit of whimsy. After a fire damaged their original Nickerson Avenue space in 2024, Rooftop joined forces with Ballard’s historic Maritime Pacific Brewing and now brews out of that landmark location. Azotea, Spanish for rooftop, is their Mexican style lager, brewed with corn and a touch of fresh lime for a clean, sunny finish.
