Who we cater for

We cater corporate and office lunches, private parties (birthdays, showers, graduations, and team celebrations), and holiday and seasonal spreads. Whether you need lunch dropped at the office or a full party menu, we build it around the dishes our regulars come back for, like our Lamb Quesa-Birria Tacos and our Pacific Northwest Mussels and Sausage.

Ways to cater

There are three easy ways to cater with us. Order drop-off or delivery trays and we bring the food ready to serve. Choose pickup and grab your order from our kitchen in Juanita. Catering Menu

Built on servings of 10. 48 hour lead time, 10 guest minimum, tray items ordered in multiples of 10 (one order serves 10). Sandwiches are sold individually as boxed lunches. Dietary key: VGN vegan, VGT vegetarian, GF gluten free, GFO gluten free optional, DF dairy free.

Delivery, lead time, and minimums

We deliver across the Eastside, including Kirkland, Juanita, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, and Woodinville. Pickup is always available from our location in the Juanita neighborhood of Kirkland.

Catering orders ask for 48 hours of lead time and start at a 10 guest minimum, with most items priced per person and built in multiples of 10. For holidays and large groups, the earlier you reach out, the better. Share your headcount and date in the form and we will confirm delivery and timing for your order.

    Yes. You are welcome to pick up your order from Sparrow in the Juanita neighborhood of Kirkland. Let us know in the form and we will set a pickup time with you.
