About Don Abraham Bianco

Don Abraham is an organic tequila produced in Amatitan, Jalisco, in the valley region near the town of Tequila. It is made from 100% organically farmed Blue Weber agave and is certified additive-free, a traditional, single estate approach. As a blanco (the unaged style, sometimes called silver or plata), this bottling skips time in oak so the clean character of the cooked agave and the terroir comes through without barrel influence. The organic, additive-free philosophy means nothing is added to color, flavor or sweeten the spirit, so you taste the agave as it is.

Tasting Notes

A blanco tequila in this style is bright and agave-forward, typically showing cooked agave with fresh, herbal and gently peppery notes and a crisp, clean finish. It is lively and versatile, equally at home sipped neat or shaken into a cocktail. Because it sees no oak, a blanco like this is one of the truest expressions of what the agave and the Amatitan valley bring to the bottle.

What to Pair It With

Crisp blanco tequila loves fresh, zesty food. From the Sparrow dinner menu, pair it with the Tuna Tartare, fresh oysters, or the Lamb Quesa-Birria Tacos. It also makes a bright Margarita or our Juanita-Rita. Stop in during our daily happy hour from 3 to 5 PM and enjoy it on the four-season patio, which is dog-friendly and open in every season.
