About Maritime Pacific Raccoon Red

Maritime Pacific Brewing Company is a Seattle institution, founded in 1990 by George and Jane Hancock in the city’s Ballard neighborhood. When they started, it was one of just a handful of breweries in all of Washington, and Maritime Pacific became the longest-running brewery in Ballard, a neighborhood that now has more breweries than anywhere else in town. Raccoon Red is a special re-release of an English style red ale they first brewed back in 1992, hopped with Perle and Cascade hops, a nod to the brewery’s early days.
