From Sparrow’s beer list, the Ghost Fish Gluten Free IPA is our dedicated gluten-free option, a genuine craft IPA for guests who skip gluten ($10 on tap).
About Ghost Fish Gluten Free IPA
Ghostfish Brewing Company opened in Seattle in 2015 with a bold mission, to prove that a 100% gluten-free brewery could lead the craft beer industry on flavor and quality, not just accommodate a diet. The idea grew from a founder’s family member who developed Celiac disease and could not find a good gluten-free beer. Ghostfish brews with malted gluten-free grains like millet, buckwheat, and brown rice, and has gone on to win multiple Great American Beer Festival medals from a fully dedicated gluten-free brewery and kitchen in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood. This IPA is a true gluten-free IPA.
Tasting Notes
