About Belvedere Organic

Belvedere is a celebrated Polish vodka produced in Zyrardow, at one of Poland’s longest-operating vodka distilleries. The Organic expression is made from 100% organic Dankowskie rye, the variety that has defined Belvedere’s character for years, drawing on a centuries-old Polish rye-distilling tradition. Belvedere helped create the super-premium vodka category back in the 1990s, and the organic rye bottling carries that heritage forward. Using a single grain grown nearby, rather than blending in other bases, is what gives the vodka its distinctive backbone. It is a name worth knowing, and we are happy to pour it for our Kirkland regulars.

Tasting Notes

Rye vodkas like Belvedere tend to drink fuller and more characterful than neutral grain styles, with a gentle savory note and a touch of natural sweetness. Expect a smooth, rounded body with a clean, polished finish, lovely either chilled on its own or in a refined cocktail. There is real texture here, the kind of vodka that rewards slow sipping.

What to Pair It With

Vodka is bright and mixable, so it pairs naturally with fresh, briny bites. From the Sparrow dinner menu, enjoy it alongside the Fresh Oysters, the Tuna Tartare, or a crisp salad. It also makes an elegant martini, and our daily happy hour from 3 to 5 PM is a fine excuse to settle into the 21+ lounge.
