Avion is produced in Jalisco, Mexico, with roots in the small town of Jesus Maria. It is handcrafted from blue Weber agave grown in the high regions of Jalisco, where the altitude, topography, and mineral-rich soil are prized for the quality of the agave they produce. Avion Reposado is the rested expression in the range, aged in oak so it sits between the brightness of a blanco and the deeper tones of an aged tequila.
