From the Coffee & Tea side of Sparrow’s beverage menu, the Latte is our everyday espresso classic and a brunch essential ($5). It is the warm, zero-proof order that anchors a slow weekend morning in Kirkland.
About the Latte
Sparrow’s coffee is roasted in house by Armistice Coffee, a local roaster, so every latte starts with fresh, neighborhood-roasted beans rather than something off a generic supply truck. Our latte is built the way it should be: shots of espresso pulled and topped with steamed milk for a smooth, mellow cup. That same care we put into the craft cocktails in our 21+ lounge goes into the coffee program too, which is why a latte here feels like a real order, not an afterthought. It is right at home at weekend brunch or out on the four-season, dog-friendly patio in Juanita.
Tasting Notes
Creamy and balanced, with the warm, roasty character of the Armistice espresso softened by steamed milk. It is comforting and smooth, easy to sip slowly while the morning unfolds.
What to Pair It With
A latte is the natural brunch companion. From the Sparrow menu, enjoy it with the Cinnamon French Toast, Eggs Benedict, or a few warm doughnut holes on a Saturday morning.
