About Bulliet 10 Year

Bulleit is a frontier-style whiskey brand revived in the 1980s by Tom Bulleit, inspired by an old family recipe from his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit. The bourbon is known for its high-rye character, and the 10 Year expression takes that same spirit and gives it extra time resting in new charred American white oak. Those additional years of aging deepen the wood influence and round out the spice, making this a richer, more contemplative pour than the standard bottling. The Bulleit name traces back to a high-rye whiskey first made in the 1800s, a frontier heritage the brand still leans on today, and the 10 Year is its most patient bourbon expression.

Tasting Notes

With a decade in oak, expect a fuller, more layered bourbon. The high-rye backbone brings warming spice, while the extended aging adds notes of vanilla, oak, and a touch of smoke on a long, smooth finish. It is a bourbon that rewards slow sipping.

What to Pair It With

Enjoy this one neat or over a single large cube so the oak and spice can stretch out. From the Sparrow dinner menu, it is a natural with the American Wagyu steaks or the Sparrow-Smoked Rack, and it is right at home in our 21+ lounge after dinner.
