About Banana Infused Cognac
This is our own house infusion of Bache V.S. Cognac and organic banana chips. We start with the soft, lively Bache VS, a French Cognac founded in 1905 by Norwegian immigrants, and infuse it with organic banana chips until the spirit takes on a warm, fruit-forward character. It is the base ingredient to our famous Silk Road To Recovery brunch cocktail, which is exactly why we keep it on hand. Because it is made in-house, it is a true Sparrow original and a little taste of what our bar team likes to play with.
Tasting Notes
The infusion adds a ripe, mellow banana sweetness on top of the Cognac’s natural orchard fruit and gentle oak warmth. Expect a rounded, dessert-leaning pour that stays smooth thanks to the soft Bache VS base.
