They brew it exactly as always, with water, barley, hops, and yeast, and then gently remove the alcohol through a cold filtration process that protects the flavor. The result is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, dark ruby red with that signature creamy head, just at zero proof. It is a genuinely cool order in our 21+ lounge: the craft is all there, the alcohol simply is not.
