Guinness NA

From Sparrow’s non-alcoholic list, Guinness NA is the full-on stout experience without a drop of proof, the pour for the designated driver who still wants a proper pint in hand ($9).

About Guinness NA

This is Guinness 0.0, made by the same brewers at St James’s Gate in Dublin who have been pouring the iconic stout for over 260 years. They brew it exactly as always, with water, barley, hops, and yeast, and then gently remove the alcohol through a cold filtration process that protects the flavor. The result is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, dark ruby red with that signature creamy head, just at zero proof. It is a genuinely cool order in our 21+ lounge: the craft is all there, the alcohol simply is not.

Tasting Notes

Classic dry Irish stout character, with the smooth, roasty notes of chocolate and coffee Guinness is known for, balanced between bitter, sweet, and toasty. The body is soft and the finish is clean, so it drinks like the real thing because, apart from the alcohol, it is.

What to Pair It With

A roasty stout loves hearty, savory food. From the Sparrow menu, pour it alongside the Wagyu Sliders, the Honey Wings, or the Sparrow-Smoked Rack. It is also a fun pick at weekend brunch (10 AM to 2 PM) out on our dog-friendly four-season patio.
