Drip Coffee

From Sparrow’s Coffee & Tea list, our drip coffee is roasted in house by Armistice Coffee, our local roasting partner, and it is just $4 a cup. It is the everyday pour that fuels weekend brunch and quiet afternoons on the patio, the kind of honest, well-made cup a neighborhood place should have ready.

About Drip Coffee

Because the beans are roasted in house by Armistice Coffee, this is not an afterthought cup. It is a blend of beans from Brazil, Honduras, and Ethiopia, brought together as a light roast with real balance. That three-origin approach gives the cup both body and brightness, and roasting it ourselves means it lands in your mug fresh. It is a true zero-proof option, perfect for the designated driver, the early riser, or anyone who just wants something warm and good on the Eastside.

Tasting Notes

Expect balanced notes of milk chocolate and red berry with a nutty finish. It is approachable and smooth, light enough to drink all morning yet flavorful enough to stand on its own. Have it black to taste the roast, or with cream for a softer, cozier cup.

What to Pair It With

Coffee and brunch belong together. From the Sparrow menu, our weekend brunch (10 AM to 2 PM) pairs it beautifully with Cinnamon French Toast, Fried Chicken and Waffles, or a few warm doughnut holes, ideally out on the dog-friendly patio.
