Cappuccino

From Sparrow’s coffee and tea list, the cappuccino is the cozy espresso classic, a shot of espresso crowned with a thick, velvety cap of steamed and foamed milk ($5). It is a warm, no-proof treat for weekend brunch or a slow afternoon on the patio.

About the Cappuccino

Our coffee is roasted in house by Armistice Coffee, a local roaster, which means every cappuccino starts with fresh, carefully roasted beans. A cappuccino balances espresso with steamed milk and a generous layer of airy foam, giving you a richer, frothier cup than a latte. It is one of those drinks that turns a Kirkland morning into a little ritual, and it pairs beautifully with our house-baked brunch.

Tasting Notes

The cappuccino is rich and rounded, with the bold depth of espresso softened by silky steamed milk and a light, foamy finish. It is comforting and balanced, never too heavy.

What to Pair It With

A cappuccino and brunch are a perfect match. From the Sparrow menu, enjoy it with the Cinnamon French Toast, the doughnut holes, or as a sweet finish after dinner. It is right at home on our four-season, dog-friendly patio.
