Please review the following guidelines and equipment details: Setup & Equipment Guidelines Setup Time: You are welcome to begin setting up up to 45 minutes prior to the event's scheduled start time. Sound System: No personal PA equipment is allowed on the premises unless otherwise specified (see Full Restaurant Buyout below). We will provide full assistance in connecting you to our surround sound system via our mixing board. Volume Level: Ensure the sound does not exceed 75 decibels to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Must comply with City of Kirkland ordinances for noise disturbances (Chapter 11.84A.070). Music Content: All music must be PG-13-rated: no profanity, explicit lyrics, or inappropriate content. Political and religious statements are prohibited to provide a neutral, inclusive environment. Equipment Setup Sound System: Our venue is equipped with a high-quality surround sound system for your gear. Connections & Power Connections: RCA inputs are provided. XLR or ¼-inch adapters are available if needed. Power Requirements: The venue provides 15-amp power for your equipment.
